 I have had the pleasure of meeting Bob Locke over the phone and he helped me/us conduct the transfer of your mooring in Avalon.  I must say Bob is the consummate professional and just an overall good guy.  He spoke very highly of you and I appreciate you considering me for purchasing your mooring.  My family plans to use this mooring for decades to come and create the many memories I am sure your family has enjoyed over the years.

Dear Bob,      We want to thank you for your attention and efforts to sell our 40ft mooring in Avalon.  We have been mooring owners since 1967.  Like our beautiful wood hulled Chris Craft boat, it was time to let someone else enjoy the pleasures of boating as we have.   We did not know how to actually market and complete the paperwork of selling our mooring.  You have been a delightful person to deal with and your patience with my phone calls was appreciated.      Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for handling the sale and all the transfers, etc. for both parties.  You made this so easy for us!

Bob - Thank you for getting our Mooring closed.  Without you in-between I would likely still be the owner.  Good that it will now be used more by its new Owner, not by strangers.
